Instead of the HTC, Google is building Nexus Two with Samsung. This Google Nexus Two is closely similar to the Samsung Galaxy S. However, only one difference is that the borders are very similar to the iPhone 3GS.

It will apparently have a tablet shape as most of the current devices of Samsung. The 4-inch Super AMOLED touch screen display and a secondary camera are provided in the Nexus Two.

Moreover, you will not be seeing much change in the hardware configuration as compared to the Nexus One. It would contain a CPU as well as the RAM which will be identical to the RAM that runs the Samsung Galaxy S.

Surely, it will be the first smartphone that could run on Android 2.3 (Android 2.3 is also known as Gingerbread). The brand new component of smartphone family of the Google, Nexus Two has been announced by Samsung and Google on Nov. 8 at a conference in the New York City.

Now, it seems that to compete with Apple’s Facetime on iPod Touch 4g and iPhone 4, Google may be integrating the video chat service with the Google Talk on Nexus Two.
