Since my earlier posts were all about the useful tips regarding iPad, this one is the addition in the sequence. Most of the people assume that they cannot send SMS from their iPad. However, this is not true, and on the contrary, you can actually send free SMS from your iPad easily.
There is an application named, Textie which helps you to send free SMS from your iPad easily. To do this you don’t have to undergo any cumbersome process. You just need to have iTunes account to run this application properly.
Instructions:
- Initially, you need to install Textie from the app store on your iPad.
- Once installed it, open Textie on iPad.
- Click on the “New Account” tab.
- Enter the details properly and click on “Done” option.
- Now put the activation code which must be sent to your provided email address.
- You will be shown two messages after launching the application. You just read or skip them.
- Click on the right side button to start sending messages.
- Now type the message and send it.
