Send Invitation To Someone To Calendar Event
Bought new iPhone or iPad and wondering how to invite someone on calendar event of your device? Whether are planning for meeting or social gathering for friends or family, you can send invitation simply via your Exchange account (Gmail as an Exchange account) or MobileMe.
Here is the process to invite someone on the calendar event via Exchange account or MobileMe
- Click on the Calendar app
- Hit the + button at the right top corner
- Enter the particular title including with other information that you want to be included.
- Scroll down and click on the Invitees.
- Either you just type the email address of the invitees or tap on the + button to open the contact list of your device
- Once you finished with adding all invitees, tap on the Done
- You will be redirected to “Add Event” page, click on the “Done” option here to finish the setting up process.
- That’s all.
Finally, all of your invitees will be alerted regarding your event notification, even if they are not using Exchange Account or MobileMe apps.
The common misconception of people is that only those people who are using MobileMe or Exchange can receive the invitation for the event. On the contrary of this misconception, anyone can get and accept the invitation for any event whether, they are using MobileMe and Exchange feature or not. So go ahead and set up your meeting or gathering by sending invitation to the particular people.
