Simple Procedure To Update Your iPad Or iPhone
If you are not so familiar with Apple devices such as iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch and would like to ensure that your device is updated, you can get all the necessary information in this article. - First and foremost, you need to connect your device (iPad, iPhone or iPod Touch) to your PC with the help of USB dock cable which is normally included along with the device.
- The moment iTunes launches, the left sidebar will show a small icon for your device. Click on the icon.
- You need to then sync your device. iTunes will back up the most recent state which will be restored even after the update. You will find the sync button at the bottom on the right-hand side.
- Within the main window, look for the option “check for update” and once found, click on it.
- You will see a pop up box in case there is an available software update at that moment.

- Once the backup is restored, the device will reboot once again. It will now sync with iTunes so that you can load all your media and apps back. This procedure will take couple of minutes counting on the amount of the uploaded stuff.
- Your device is now updated and you can enjoy all the features of the latest iOS.
