Speed Up Solid State Drivers (Ssds) Easily

Nowadays, a new storage device is getting lots of popularity because of its high performance and greater speed and is known as SSD. SSD stands for Solid State Drivers. The read and write speed is way more than the hard disks, which are available normally. They are gaining a huge momentum, and the momentum will even speed up with the downfall of the cost price.

Now let us see how to speed up or boost up the speed of SSD. FlashFire is the name of the utility, which does all the work. For those who have Windows 7, windows XP or even Windows Vista, FlashFire will work just fine in their machine. With the help of the memory of the computer, it boosts up the speed of SSD.  The software manufacture hasn’t mentioned the detailed explanation of the workings but it really works.

Although it works just fine, but it has got a shortcomings. It requires a certain command line to start the FlashFire. The command is flashfire.exe on, and makes sure that Windows Registry SSD drive is configured. To check for configuration you have to navigate to Windows Registry and look for HK_Local_MachineSYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesffireEnum, verify SSD driver number and also navigate to HK_Local_MachineSYSTEMCurrentControlSetServicesffireParameters and check whether the value of Disknum key is the driver number or not.

To turn off the program use another command parameter, flashsire.exe off. You will yourself notice the change in your system after you have installed flashfire and reboot your system.
