When I use my computer long ago, it was very slow and bloated. So I need to Speed up my laptop.

I was running the Windows “Error-checking” program and got interrupted. I have tried to run it again, have tried registry cleaners, optimizers, antivirus, system mechanics - nothing is working, please help. It happened a few weeks ago so I don’t want to do system restore.
