Tips To Easily Access the Highest Used Commands of MS Office 2007

Customize command using Ribbon:

1. Click menu such as Insert, Home, Page Layout to display command in quick access toolbar
2. The commands grouped in some categories on ribbon. For example, under home menu font color, font size, bold, underline etc grouped under font category. Now right click on font category, and then select add to quick access toolbar.
3. You can add more commands under single category instead of storing entire options. It means you can choose your required commands to add in quick access toolbar.
To do that you have to go to the quick access toolbar, and from there you can easily select the command that you have saved. It is as simple as 123. On top of that, you can modify toolbar settings.

You can add your favorite commands in the toolbar. On ribbon, these commands are arranged in different categories, like in home category you will find commands like font color, font size, underline, and bold etc. Besides, you can place this quick access toolbar either to the top or on the bottom of the ribbon.

These two ways will help you to customize your MS office 2007 commands. The good thing about the windows 7 is that there are all the features that are used are given in a very user friendly way. If someone has problems with the language, one can easily identify the command to fix it with the pictorial view.
